Moulding mill FR 3C is a machine designed for small bakeries featuring two modes of operation. Built in duralumin and steel, it is equipped with chrome-plated rollers, ground to specification, and long-lasting strong wool felt belts. It features a rolled dough piece return system which you can operate through a handwheel located on the machine front panel. The loaf-sized dough piece in the mould of the FR 3C can vary between a minimum of 15 gr. to a maximum of 1500 gr. per piece for the production of rolls baguettes, french loaves and so on. Four levers allow you to set the different phases of the moulding process. You can switch from the rolling process to the moulding one by actuating the control on the machine front panel. The machine can roll dough pieces of up to 3 Kg.
