Long loaf moulding machine for baguettes
Supported by a steel tube currying structure and mounted on castors, this machine is composed of two cloth belts, the speed and direction of which can be varied. By adiusting the dough input rolling thickness and the distance between the two belts using the external graduated levers, it is possible to work dough weighing between 40 and 1000 gr. for lengths up to 700 mm. The typical product obtained is French bread (buguettes). In addition to the standard version with trolley, this machine is also produced in a counter version, or with a motor-driven output belt or motor-driven input belt.
